TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AZAD YAKUBOV ONLINE STORE

II. DEFINITIONS
- Customer: A natural or legal person purchasing goods from the store.
- Consumer: A Customer acting as a natural person for non-commercial purposes.

- Product: Items available in the store.
- Purchase Agreement: The agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the store.
III. ORDERING PROCESS
- Orders are placed via an electronic form.
- The Customer must provide accurate and complete data (name, address, email, phone number).
- The Seller confirms order acceptance via email within 24 hours.
- The Purchase Agreement is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation.
IV. PAYMENT TERMS

- Bank transfer (deadline: 3 business days after order placement).

- Online payment systems (PayU/Przelewy24).
2. Prices are listed in PLN and include VAT.
3. Failure to pay within the deadline results in order cancellation.
V. DELIVERY
- Shipping costs and methods are selected by the Customer during checkout.
- Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days (for in-stock items).
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return conditions:
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
VII. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
- Grounds for complaints: Product defects or discrepancies with the description.
- Complaints must be submitted to:
